This report also describes the ongoing failure of international accountability in Indian-Administered Jammu and Kashmir, why the systematic, widespread, ongoing violations in IAJK merit urgent action and provides recommendations within the existing legal authority of the international community to remedy the ongoing failure of international accountability.
