Notes that GoI and GoP affirmed their intention to conform to the UN Charter
Calls on GoI and GoP to immediately take all measures within their power (including public appeals to their people) to improve the situation and refrain from making any statements and from doing, causing or permitting to be done any acts which might aggravate the situation
Requests GoI and GoP to inform UNSC immediately of any material change in the situation which occurs or is about to occur and consult with UNSC thereon
