Urges GoI and GoP to enter into immediate negotiations under the auspices of the UN Representative to agree the specific number of forces to remain on each side of the cease-fire line at the end of demilitarization, which number will be between 3,000 and 6,000 on the Pakistan side and 12,000 and 18,000 on the India side

Requests GoI and GoP to report to UNSC in no later than thirty days
